Jillian Nye joined the River City team as an Office and Authorization Specialist in September of 2021 following a career working directly with women newly in recovery from substance use disorder as the Director of Female Programs at McShin Foundation 2018-2021. A member of the recovery community herself, Jillian strives to continue this connection with others in and outside of her employment with compassion and perseverance. Jillian has held positions as an Americorp Representative in 2019. Jillian excels at working in a fast paced environment and challenging atmosphere. Jillian graduated Highland Spring High School in 2003.

She values time spent with her family, including her two beautiful daughters, and makes sure to spend time traveling with friends throughout the year, whether that is to the Outer Banks or a tropical destination like Belize. Jillian brings warmth, a smiling face, and calmness to the River City office and makes it her mission to help everyone feel welcome.
